We founded Filadelfia Construction because we feel that drywall finishing is an art. Many take this craft lightly, but perfection should be standard when it comes to your home. Being that 'Filadelfia' in it's origins means brotherly love, we are a team of close-knit individuals with over 10 years of experience. We work efficiently and cleanly in order to give you the perfect results you imagined, without the mess.

Since opening in 2017, we have become masters of our craft. We go above and beyond to ensure you’re satisfied and will work with us again. Offering services including insulation, drywall installation, taping/finishing, popcorn and texture removal, priming and painting and all types of repairs in renovations, in Toronto and the GTA. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work. Detail matters from the first coat!

RODNEY PACHECO
PRESIDENT
Rodney has over 10 years of experience in the construction and drywall contracting business. His extensive knowledge of interior finishes and diverse skillset sets the standard for the company. A master drywall finisher himself, he has established the business from the ground up, implementing a detailed and thought out process to ensure the highest quality finishes. With his close involvement on every project and close attention to each clients needs, you will feel at ease and sure that every detail of your project will be met.
JUAN RINCON
PROJECT MANAGER
Juan is our lead guy on site. An expert finisher and project manager he ensures every project is running smoothly and on schedule. Equipped with a business degree from Carleton University, and a diverse array of experience he will be able to handle all your requests and specifications with ease and ensure each project is completed to your satisfaction.
ALEX PACHECO
PAINT DIVISION - HEAD
Alex runs the Paint Division at Filadelfia Construction. In charge of his own team of expert painters, and having over 20 years of professional painting experience there is no one better to handle your painting needs. Alex and the paint team are well equipped with all the tools and professional techniques to handle any project be it residential or commercial, interior or exterior.
MICHAEL SILVA
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Michael brings extensive experience in sales, customer service, and project estimation. His expertise ensures accurate quotes, smooth communication, and personalized support throughout every project. With a focus on building lasting client relationships, he works closely with homeowners and contractors to meet timelines and expectations, ensuring every detail is managed from start to finish.
